A leading security service provider is looking for a Security Site Supervisor to oversee operations across multiple campuses in Kelowna, Vernon, and Penticton. The role requires a skilled individual to provide supervision, training, and mentorship to security staff. Candidates must possess a valid BC Security Worker License and demonstrate strong leadership capabilities. The position offers a competitive salary and full-time hours with immediate start available.
The Security Site Supervisor is responsible for managing and overseeing the post secondary campuses in Kelowna, Vernon and Penticton. This position requires a high energy individual who has the capability to multitask and effectively lead and mentor a team of security professionals. The successful applicant must lead by example and set a high standard of service for both customers and clients. This role is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of security staff, ensuring compliance with site procedures, and supporting training, mentoring, and performance management across all assigned locations.
Pay Rate: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
