This job is posted as part of our seasonal hiring for Spring/Summer, 2026; it will be a full‑time seasonal role.

Role & Responsibilities

• Oversee stocking and merchandising of souvenirs, clothing
• Work closely with the manager to maintain inventory levels
• Become familiar with the POS system particularly back office functions such as automatic purchase orders and inter‑location transfer of inventory
• Monitor security in the retail environment; carry out cycle inventories as per Pursuit SOP
• Uphold our high standards of merchandising and display
• Delegate merchandising and stocking duties as required
• Ensure service is friendly, courteous, and professional
• Operate the point of sale system with accuracy and efficiency, the responsible handling of cash, credit cards, and cash out forms as required
• Keep the sales floor and storage areas clean and organized – communicate with co‑workers and management, forward observations and comments in a timely fashion
• Apply cross‑selling merchandising techniques to maximize the sales potential of the outlet
• Collect feedback forms from customers, facilitating efficient inventory management and movement
• Uphold the high standard of environmental stewardship expected for all employees
• Other duties as assigned

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of leadership and training experience
• Must get excited at the idea of living and working in a remote (yet very social) environment
• Previous experience with back office systems
• Guest service‑oriented mindset and a passion for delivering memorable experiences
• Speaks a second language, an asset
• Mature, energetic, dependable and self‑motivated
• Enjoy working with a team in a busy, fast‑paced environment
• Must meet the Organization grooming and appearance standards

The starting wage for this role is $18.50/hour.
