Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in all aspects of daily operations, sales performance, and team management.
• Help achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) through effective team coaching and merchandising.
• Provide outstanding customer service, resolve customer inquiries, and ensure every shopper has a positive experience.
• Support the training and coaching of sales associates, fostering a positive and productive team environment.
• Assist with inventory management, visual merchandising, cash handling, and ensuring the store maintains a clean, organized, and inviting appearance.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• A strong desire to grow into a leadership role, with natural coaching and mentoring abilities.
• Strong communication skills in written, verbal, and interpersonal forms.
• Sales skills and a proven ability to meet retail targets.
• Visual merchandising experience is a plus.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25-50 pounds.
• Ability to climb ladders and stoop, kneel, or crouch.
