Description
Responsibilities
  • Performs all tasks and responsibilities of a Sandwich Artist® as outlined in Sandwich Artist® job description.
  • Oversees roles and responsibilities of supervisors.
  • Lead the hiring process of new Sandwich Artists and Supervisors.
  • Trains newer or less experienced Sandwich Artists® in their tasks and responsibilities.
  • Performs all tasks and responsibilities of a Sandwich Artist® as outlined in Sandwich Artist® job description.
  • Oversee and complete inventory control standards as outlined in the Operations Manual.
  • Inspects equipment and storage facilities throughout a shift to ensure that equipment is in proper working order.
  • Responsible for all window/ promotional launches at store level – including executing training for all new products and materials.
  • Assist in resolving customer complaints with the coordination of office management.
  • Responsible for scheduling and supervising staff.
  • Fulfill paperwork duties such as review of daily discounts, supplier invoices, timeclock reports, supplier invoicing, and inventory counts on a regular basis as outlined in our Management Handbook.
  • Oversee, assist and/ or execute catering orders as needed.
  • Daily Banking duties, deposits, change etc.
  • Responsible for covering all shifts in store.
  • Flexibility in work hours and scheduling.
