Employment Terms

Permanent, Full time, 35‑40 hours per week, Works morning, evening, and weekend shifts, Starts as soon as possible.

Salary

$36.25 per hour.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate daily operations.
  • Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget.
  • Monitor staff performance.
  • Plan and organize daily operations.
  • Set staff work schedules.
  • Supervise staff.
  • Train staff.
  • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms.
  • Organize and maintain inventory.
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns.
  • Provide customer service.
Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.

Certificates / Licences: Smart Serve, Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate, Safe Food Handling certificate.

Computer & Technology Knowledge: Electronic cash register, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Word, Point of Sale system, Spreadsheet.

Other Skills: Work under pressure, attention to detail, combination of sitting, standing, walking, standing for extended periods, teamwork, multitasking, excellent oral communication, efficient interpersonal skills, dependability, reliability, organized.
