Job summary

A local restaurant in Orillia is seeking a dedicated operational manager to oversee daily operations, implement procedures, and ensure exceptional customer service. Candidates should have at least a secondary school graduation certificate and 1-2 years of relevant experience. The role requires strong communication, flexibility, and attention to detail. This is an on-site position and not eligible for remote work.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar operational role.
  • Ability to manage cash and complete financial reports.
  • Experience in customer service and handling complaints.

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Location: On site. Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Responsibilities
  • Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
  • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
  • Conduct performance reviews
  • Cost products and services
  • Organize and maintain inventory
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
  • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
  • Participate in marketing plans and implementation
  • Address customers\' complaints or concerns
  • Provide customer service
  • Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
