Job summary

A property management company in Halton Region, Burlington is seeking a Resident Experience Coordinator to lead resident engagement efforts, support property operations, and oversee leasing activities.   • Collaborate with vendors and local partners to offer perks.
  • Oversee the maintenance and functionality of amenities.
  • Assist new residents with onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate resident records and support administrative tasks.
  • Manage purchase orders, contractor scheduling, and marketing efforts.
  • Respond professionally to resident inquiries.
  • Recommend and implement service improvements.
  • Stay informed on industry trends.

Summary: Are you passionate about creating exceptional experiences and building strong communities? We’re looking for a Resident Experience Coordinator to lead resident engagement efforts, support property operations, and oversee leasing activities at a few of our properties! In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for resident satisfaction and the first point of contact for prospective residents—helping to shape a warm, connected, and welcoming community.

Salary Range

$50,000 - $53,000 per year

What You’ll Get To Do

  • Respond professionally to resident inquiries—both in person and by phone with a customer-first attitude.
  • Recommend and implement service improvements in collaboration with the property team.
  • Stay informed on industry trends to continuously elevate the resident experience.
Who You Are
  • College Diploma in Business Administration
