Roles and Responsibilities
  • Technology Research & Innovation Support: Undertake and assist in research and innovation projects related to Electoral Technology, focusing on emerging tools and applications within democracy and election management.
  • Curriculum and Content Development: Contribute to technical training content, modules, and case studies reflecting the latest advancements in electoral technology.
  • Technical Support in ICT Training: Assist in planning and delivering ICT training programmes for election officials and stakeholders, including election management software and new application platforms.
  • Design and Delivery of ICT Training Modules: Develop, update, and deliver simulation‑based and e‑learning content on election‑related software and ICT tools used in election management.
Skills & Competencies
