Responsibilities

• For the External Sales Representative role: generate profitable activities from the equipment range for which your profit center is specialized.
• Develop the assigned territory, implement sales plans to grow activity, maintain the current customer base, and strengthen the Sunbelt brand nationally.
• Work with an incredible team focused on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong project management skills, business development, and customer relationship abilities.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong computer skills.
• Knowledge of soil protection, construction, or specialized industrial equipment is preferred.
• Bilingual (English) preferred.
• Experience could include: account manager, rental sales, parts sales, after-sales service manager, customer service representative, construction supervisor, tool supervisor, sales representative, equipment associate, management trainee, training supervisor.

Physical Requirements

The physical requirements of this position include bending, squatting, kneeling, reaching, lifting 22 kg or more, and working indoors/outdoors as needed. Experience

Base Pay Range: 40,000.00 - 50,000.00

Total compensation package includes base pay, company vehicle, and a robust commission plan.
