Responsibilities / Responsabilités

• Grow sales and retain existing customers by providing service excellence
• Gain new sales through new products and new customers
• Maintain our equipment systems utilized within customer locations
• Provide customers with feedback and training on cleaning and sanitation through high quality surveys

What You Will Do / Responsabilités

• Complete Value Visit surveys based on the customer’s required visit frequency and provide feedback & coaching
• Facilitate the sale of Ecolab products by suggesting improvements and new innovations
• Install and maintain equipment and collateral to ensure proper function and appearance
• Complete Serv-Safe and CP-FS training and become certified
• Develop and deepen existing relationships with customers while working independently

Position Details / Détails du poste

This is a field-based position and will require travel to the following locations and surrounding areas:

• Territory: Montreal South, Sherbrooke and surrounding areas
• Overnight Travel: As required based on business needs
• Weekend Rotation: Rotating weekend coverage based on customer needs (once every 13 weekends)

Minimum Qualifications / Qualifications minimales

• High School Diploma. Post-secondary education preferred
• 1-2 years of food industry experience preferred. New graduates welcome
• Bilingual, French/English
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
• Availability for emergency calls at night, weekends and holidays
• Ability to travel to the US for training/meetings
• No Immigration Sponsorship available
