Your contribution

Reporting to the Director – Real Estate, the Real Estate Manager will be a key member of Innergex’s Real Estate and Development teams.

Your day-to-day
  • Support development, construction, and operations teams in building and maintaining relationships with landowners to meet commitments;
  • Assist with real estate documents and title management;
  • Research county records for surface owners, mineral owners, easements, ROWs, and liens;
  • Work with leasing and land acquisition teams for outreach and negotiations;
  • Negotiate land agreements such as leases, easements, ROWs, and crossing agreements;
  • Coordinate with provincial and federal agencies for land contracts and leases;
  • Identify areas for potential renewable energy projects;
  • Secure permits and land contracts with Environment and Permitting teams;
  • Work with construction and legal teams to ensure land rights for projects;
  • Facilitate signing of project documents and stakeholder communication;
  • Manage landowner forms and stakeholder software implementation.
Your skills, our requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree;
  • 5-7 years in real estate development or relevant field;
  • Legal or paralegal experience preferred;
  • Experience in renewable energy is an asset;
  • Strong communication skills in English and French;
  • Ability to improve processes;
  • Bilingualism in French and English is required.

  • Based in Longueuil, Quebec;
  • P3 level position;
  • Travel up to 20% across North America.
