Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience implementing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow.
• 4+ years experience with web technologies (XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS).
• Ability to effectively organize work across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Support process definition and improvement during workshops.
• Advise customers on ServiceNow to improve business processes.
• Guide customers in creating required documentation.
