Responsibilities

• Prepares all food items using prep lists and standard recipes.
• Maintains accurate rotation of food to assure top quality and freshness.
• Manages leftover foods correctly and maintains clean work areas.
• Ensures stations are cleaned and sanitized at the end of the shift.
• Maintains a safe work environment conforming to food safety standards.
