Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in maintenance leadership or superintendent-level role.
• Strong knowledge of building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical infrastructure.
• Willingness to travel and work on rotational schedules in remote Northern environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all maintenance activities for multiple remote camp sites.
• Develop and manage preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
