Position Overview

We are seeking an empathetic, detail‑oriented customer service professional to provide outstanding support to our clients from a home office. The role involves handling inquiries across phone, email, and chat, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and issues.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery.
  • Adhere to company policies and compliance standards.
Candidate Qualifications
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • High school Diploma or GED.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a call center environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Comfortable using multiple software systems simultaneously.
  • High‑speed internet and a distraction‑free home office setup.
  • Flexible to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Conditions of Employment
