What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist Project Managers with administrative functions and processes
- Coordinate with clients to ensure timely communication and delivery of project deliverables
- Collaborate with the professional services leadership team to track and monitor key project success metrics
- Maintain project documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Support the Professional Services team in executing project tasks efficiently
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Education in Business Administration or a related field
- Experience in project management or relevant experience
- Basic understanding of SDLC methodologies, such as Agile and Scrum
- Proven organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously
