Job Description and Responsibilities

Interpro Pipe and Steel is seeking a Reliability Analyst to join their team in Red Deer, Alberta. The Reliability Analyst is responsible for the setup, implementation, and ongoing integrity of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). This role supports maintenance and reliability initiatives by ensuring accurate asset data, standardized maintenance processes, effective reporting, and continuous system optimization.

  • Lead the setup, configuration, and implementation of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), specifically Oracle eAM
  • Ensure the ongoing accuracy, integrity, and governance of CMMS data, including asset hierarchies, maintenance plans, and work orders
  • Develop and deliver training for local maintenance users to ensure effective system adoption and consistent use
  • Audit CMMS data structures regularly to ensure standardization, accuracy, and compliance with best practices
  • Provide hands‑on support to local teams when adding new assets, equipment, or maintenance activities to the system
  • Generate regular and ad hoc reports for the Reliability Manager, supporting data‑driven decision making
  • Participate in and lead project work focused on optimizing maintenance processes, reliability practices, and related workflows
  • Act as a subject matter expert for CMMS functionality and maintenance data management across the organization
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree, technical diploma, or Journeyman certification in Mechanical or Electrical disciplines
  • Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing experience, including at least 2 years planning and organizing maintenance activities in an industrial manufacturing environment
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS); Oracle eAM experience strongly preferred
  • Working knowledge of manufacturing machinery and industrial maintenance practices
  • Ability to read and interpret engineered drawings, including assembly drawings, bills of materials, and Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs)
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis and maintenance performance metrics
  • Working knowledge of systems thinking and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 25%
