Job description

A career as a Private Relationship Banker at National Bank means acting as an expert for a wealthy clientele.

Your job:
  • Identify and develop business opportunities for all services and products offered by the Bank and develop the high-end individual client market.
  • In collaboration with other team members, manage a client portfolio by rigorously applying the Bank's risk management standards.
  • Build a trusting relationship with clients.
  • Guide clients appropriately to achieve their financial goals.
  • Offer exemplary service to clients and provide them with a client-centered experience that aligns with the nine values of our wealth management service.
  • Help the Bank grow its portfolio share and increase its profitability by providing banking solutions to clients based on their profile and objectives.
  • Collaborate to ensure the sustainability of the relationship with clients and ensure the profitability of their portfolio.
  • When necessary, involve appropriate specialists and parties in the relationship to adequately meet clients' needs.
  • Interpret financial data using sophisticated analysis and submit financing and credit renewal requests.
  • Negotiate terms for files that comply with risk management standards and profitability criteria.
  • Establish constant communication and meticulous follow-up with Business Service account managers and Senior Investment Advisors of Private Management 1859 to identify their needs and provide solutions to maximize business development opportunities with their clients.
  • Identify inherent risks in Wealth Management sector activities.

Within the Business & Private Management 1859 sector, you report to the Vice President of Private Management 1859. Our team stands out for its expertise in the field and the market.

Prerequisites:
  • Bachelor's degree related to the sector and four years of relevant experience OR Master's degree related to the sector and two years of relevant experience OR University certificate/first cycle PUB and six years of relevant experience.
  • Be a mutual fund representative (REC).
  • Experience in sales and customer service.
  • Experience as a Personal Finance Advisor.
  • Knowledge of banking products and services.
  • Impeccable customer service, business development, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong business relationships.
