Job description

Vancouver South Animal Hospital is looking for a part-time RVT to join our growing team. Located in the community of South Vancouver, we are well-established as a high-quality and fear-free practice. Our team consists of 2 dedicated DVMs and a passionate, welcoming support team that collaborates to create a friendly environment. We recently moved into a brand new facility, just a block from our original location. We invite you to come by for a tour, meet our hospital cat Milo, and explore the neighborhood! Our hospital is open 7 days a week, and we are seeking consistent Saturday coverage to support our existing team. Once a month, Sunday coverage is also needed. About The Role:

We are looking for a full-time RVT to join our team. As part of our hospital, which has been serving the South Vancouver community for many years, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care. Our ideal RVT builds positive client relationships with genuine care and compassion, assists veterinarians with medical, surgical, and dental procedures, and uses diagnostic equipment effectively. Expected Wage Range: $25.00 - $32.00/hr

Qualifications:

• Registered Veterinary Technician or Technologist
• Successfully completed a 2 or 3-year accredited Canadian Veterinary or Animal Health Technology Diploma Program
• Passed the VTNE or eligible to write the VTNE
• In good standing with the Provincial Regulatory Association
