Position Overview:

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Practical Nurses (RPN) for part-time roles in Mississauga. Compensation:
  • $32 - $35 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough initial and ongoing patient assessments to monitor health progress
  • Develop, implement, and revise personalized care plans based on the evolving needs of each patient
  • Administer medications and treatments in accordance with nursing protocols and facility policies
  • Provide direct patient care, ensuring high standards of practice and adherence to the College of Nurses of Ontario
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure holistic patient care and effective communication
  • Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and health and safety standards
Qualifications:
  • Registered Nurse (RPN) Degree from an accredited institution
  • Active Certificate of Competence with the College of Nurses of Ontario
  • Minimum 1-year experience in long-term care, seniors' homes, or hospital settings
  • BLS/ACLS & eCTAS Certifications (asset)
  • Availability for shifts across all times (days, evenings, nights, weekends)
  • Proficiency in MS Word and email communication
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC): Required (valid within 1 year)
  • TB Test: Required (valid within 6 months)
  • Proof of current MMRV immunization required
  • N95 Mask Fit Test Certification: Required
