A multi-disciplinary clinic in Victoria is seeking an Orthopaedic/MSK physiotherapist to develop rehabilitation programs and work with patients for optimal recovery. Ideal candidates should have previous physical therapy experience, excellent communication, and a valid Canadian physiotherapy license. A signing bonus of up to $5000 is offered.

Agile Integrated Health is an integrated clinic with physiotherapist, registered massage therapists, MSK / sports medicine injector, clinical pilates, acupuncturist and athletic therapist!

We are looking to add an Orthopaedic / MSK physiotherapist, Pelvic Floor / Womens Health physio as well as a Certified Hand Physiotherapist!

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement physical therapy programs that focus on rehabilitation
• Work directly with patients to achieve maximum physical recovery
• Evaluate effects of therapy treatment and communicate patients\' progress
• Record and document patient care services
• Collaborate with other team personnel to achieve well-rounded care

Qualifications

• Previous experience in physical therapy, rehabilitation, or other related field
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong leadership qualities
• Hold a valid Canadian physiotherapy license.
