Neighbourly Pharmacy is looking for a Registered Pharmacy Technician to join our team at Pharmasave #406 in Swift Current, Saskatchewan.

Patient Focused Care Responsibilities
  • Receive and accurately transcribe verbal prescriptions from healthcare providers.
  • Ensure patient safety through accurate and high-quality preparation and release of medications.
  • Transfer prescriptions to and receive prescriptions from other pharmacies.
  • Process prescriptions by entering orders, counting, measuring, compounding, and packaging medications.
  • Perform final checks on prepared prescriptions for accuracy and safety.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
  • Oversee Pharmacy Assistants to ensure efficient and safe prescription filling.
Qualifications
  • Licensed and in good standing with the Saskatchewan College of Pharmacy Professionals.
  • Injection certification is an asset.
  • Kroll software experience is an asset.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in a team environment.
Schedule
  • 40 hours per week.
  • The store operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m., and on Saturdays and Sundays from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m.
  • Standard shifts will be scheduled within these hours.
  • 8-hour shifts.
