We are looking for a compassionate and professional Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to join our team and support our growing home‑care agency. This role focuses on conducting intake assessments for new clients, helping us understand their care needs, and setting them up for success with our services. It will also include follow‑ups with clients as requested/necessary.
