Qualifications

  • BCLS Certification required.
  • Bilingual (English / French) is an asset for positions in bilingual regions.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct nursing care in Home Health / Community Care - Primary Care and Home Services, and other units.
  • Work with multidisciplinary teams to implement personalized patient care plans.
  • Administer medications, monitor patients, and adjust care plans as needed.
  • Educate patients and families on health management, disease prevention, and post-care plans.
