This role with the Connections team works in a system of care. The successful candidate will work closely with addiction physicians and an acute care team to ensure therapy initiation, support and streamlined transition and continuity of care.
Experience in substance use work and an understanding of evidence based practice for opioid dependence is required. We are looking for a nurse who is flexible and well organized, with strong assessment and communication skills.
This is a Casual opportunity. Casual Employees are not guaranteed hours of work and can range from 0-37.5 hours per week on an as‑needed basis.
Shifts of work will be from 07:00 to 18:13, 12:48 to 00:00, 09:00 to 20:10 hours.
