A leading recruitment agency is looking for a Regional Payroll Supervisor for a maternity contract to oversee payroll across multiple APAC countries. Hybrid Work Arrangement (3 days Office, 2 days WFH)

Up to $6,000/month + 0.5-month Bonus

Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team of 4 payroll staff managing payroll across multiple APAC countries.
  • Ensure timely and accurate end-to-end payroll processing in accordance with local regulations and company policies.
  • Review and validate monthly payroll calculations, statutory contributions, and year-end reporting across supported countries.
  • Liaise with internal departments (HR, Finance, Compliance) and external vendors or government bodies as needed.
  • Lead or support payroll-related audits and ensure compliance with SOX/internal audit requirements.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to the payroll team to ensure high performance and development.
Qualifications
  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting, HR, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of payroll experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Proven experience managing payroll in multiple APAC countries
  • Experience using major payroll systems (e.g. ADP, SAP, Workday, or equivalent).
