A leading global healthcare provider in Canada is seeking a Senior Manager of Regional Health Safety and Environment to drive sustainability efforts and manage health, safety, and environmental compliance. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in HSE management and excellent leadership skills. The role includes developing HSE strategies, training, and incident management while ensuring compliance with regional regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years' experience with a Bachelor’s Degree, or 15 years of experience in lieu.
• Experience with remote work.
• Bilingual ability in English and French preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support the implementation of HSE management systems.
• Conduct incident reporting and investigation.
• Provide HSE leadership and guidance.
• Manage training and competency development.
