Qualifications

  • Must have a valid CA LVN license in good standing.
  • Prefer two years of experience working in an RCFE.
  • Prefer two years of experience supervising and managing employees.
  • Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests.

Regional Health Services Director LVN - Southern California

Salary range: $120,000-$125,000 plus a sign-on bonus offered!

Ideal candidates will reside in Southern California! Assisted living clinical experience is preferred. They must have a valid CA LVN license in good standing.

The Regional Health Services Director oversees all Health Service programs in assigned communities and is responsible for supporting communities to reach or exceed Oakmont standards of care and all applicable regulations. The RDHS provides clinical consultation on complex care plans or conditions, while maintaining accountability in the community for resident safety and wellbeing. The RDHS utilizes key metrics, fundamentals of clinical systems management, evidence based practice, and Company policies and procedures to audit Health Service performance. The RDHS will work directly with Health Service Directors and Executive Directors to execute plans of correction and monitor for completion.

Skill Set:
  • Must be an LVN holding a valid CA nursing license in good standing
  • Prefer Two (2) years’ experience working in Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE)
  • Prefer Two (2) year experience supervising and managing employees
  • Able to effectively teach/train staff
  • Able to operate a personal computer and be proficient in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including COVID-19 Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) test within 72 hours of start date.
