The successful candidate will be located in the great Vancouver area. We practice a remote first working model, leveraging in-person interactions at our head office, in beautiful Vancouver, BC, for strategic, collaborative, and social purposes.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with our hiring leaders across the company in filling their roles (corporate and store leadership roles across Canada)
  • Build relationships with hiring leaders to understand their talent needs
  • Create and execute sourcing plans for assigned roles; using multiple tactics to drive applicant traffic and proactively identify qualified candidates
  • Pre-screen and interview candidates to determine a qualified and diverse slate of candidates to present to the hiring team
  • Coordinate hiring team interviews, support feedback and hiring decisions, present job offers and provide ongoing communication to hiring teams and candidates throughout the recruitment process
What we’re looking for
  • 2-5 years of prior experience in full-cycle recruitment
  • 2+ years of prior experience in technical recruitment
  • Experience developing and executing sourcing strategies and talent pipelining
  • Experience using sourcing tools (ie: Indeed Smart Sourcing, LinkedIn Recruiter)
  • Work efficiently and collaboratively in a high-energy environment where adaptability and prioritization drive team success

Compensation

Annualized base pay range

$70,000.00 - $75,000.00
