The Receptionist is a positive and upbeat talented customer service provider, effective in a wide variety of functions that include administrative and clerical work, customer service, data entry, tracking and reporting functions. Some qualities that would describe this person are friendly, approachable, efficient, accurate, well-organized, flexible, has a love for learning, is confident and outgoing.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Operate the telephone switchboard to answer, screen, and forward calls professionally.
  • Provide information to customers, take messages, and schedule appointments both over the phone and in person.
  • Greet and assist walk-in customers, ensuring a welcoming and professional front‑desk experience.
  • Support the sales department with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
What we’re looking for:
  • Outstanding over the phone and in‑person customer service skills
  • Highly organized and accurate, with excellent multi‑tasking skills
  • A willingness and ability to learn new methods and systems
  • A solid understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Accounts payable experience is considered an asset
