What You'll Be Doing
  • Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience
  • Manage the flow of information within the office in the form of incoming calls, couriers, mail and emails
  • Provide administrative support including AP invoice processing, expense report submittals and support to managers as needed
  • Manage meeting room bookings, equipment and assist with meetings
  • Maintain organized reception area and common spaces and manage office and lunchroom supplies

Work Environment
