A leading multidisciplinary clinic in Timmins is seeking a full-time administrative professional to enhance patient care. The role involves reception duties, scheduling, and supporting clinic operations, requiring strong bilingual communication skills and a background in office administration. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in patient care in a growing multidisciplinary clinic alongside registered physiotherapists, massage therapists, and other healthcare professionals. This position is a hybrid of reception and administration of a health services office, with a strong focus on optimizing the client experience from first contact to completion of treatment.
