Role Description

This is a full‑time remote role for a Realtor at Cape Breton Realty. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing property listings, conducting property showings, and providing professional advice and guidance to clients. Daily tasks include networking, engaging with clients to discuss market trends, monitoring property transactions, and ensuring the smooth negotiation and closing of deals.

Qualifications
  • Strong Sales and Negotiation skills to effectively support buyers and sellers through property transactions
  • Proficiency in Marketing and Property Listing strategies to enhance visibility, including familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms
  • Detail‑oriented approach with skills in Research, Market Analysis, and Comparative Market Evaluations to provide accurate information to clients
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
  • Time Management and Organizational abilities for handling a variety of tasks in a fast‑paced environment
  • Valid real estate license or willingness to obtain one, and knowledge of the local real estate markets
  • Proficiency with real estate management software and basic office tools is a plus
