Responsibilities

• Help buyers and sellers navigate their real estate transactions with confidence.
• Continually learn and collaborate to provide top customer service to all clients.
• Leverage the BRIX platform for branding, marketing, and lead generation.
• Build a strong online and offline presence using our content resources and social media systems.
• Utilize mentorship and coaching to help you scale.
• Maintain compliance and coordinate deals using our pay-as-you-go TC program (optional).
• Participate in in-person or virtual community meet-ups and team events.
• Be great in and for your community.

Qualifications

• Active real estate license or in progress (required).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated and business-minded.
• Open to coaching, learning, and collaboration.
• Comfortable with basic tech tools (CRM, Zoom, social media).
• New and experienced agents welcome.
