Job summary

A community health organization in British Columbia is seeking a LPN/RN for their Regulated Access to Drugs Program. The successful candidate will provide person-centered, harm-reduction healthcare in a collaborative setting. Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-3 years of nursing experience working with high levels of poly-substance use.
  • Experience in supervised consumption services or safer supply programs.
  • Strong knowledge of substance-use disorder and treatment options.

Responsibilities

  • Provide care and support for individuals with poly-substance use.
  • Collaborate on individualized care plans with team members.
  • Educate participants on health management and community resources.
