Responsibilities
  • Partner and liaise directly with the trading desk to understand unique operational needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Develop modern, high-performance quantitative trading applications with a strong emphasis on automation, user experience, and scalability.
  • Build internal web tools and dashboards that streamline trader workflows and enhance decision-making.
  • Apply deep and machine learning techniques to support algorithmic trading strategies and uncover actionable insights from complex datasets.
  • Automate reporting processes for trading activity, client communications, and internal analytics to improve speed and accuracy.
  • Design and maintain robust systems that manage market data, trade history, and performance metrics for both real-time and historical analysis.
Qualifications
  • You are currently enrolled in post-secondary education.
  • You love to learn and envision yourself working for an international organization that heavily invests in your future.
  • You enjoy being involved in extracurricular activities such as conferences, clubs, and competitions/hackathons.
  • You have strong programming and analytical skills and prior experience in:
  • Database: MSSQL, MongoDB
  • Languages: Python, Java, JavaScript
  • Frameworks/Libraries: Angular, Pandas, Django
  • You have the ability to manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • You have knowledge of or a passion for the financial markets.
  • You have a high level of attention to detail and high professional standards.
  • You have a high level of energy and a keen desire to learn new concepts.
