We're looking for a QC Line Technician to join a food production environment and help ensure every product meets strict quality and safety standards. If you have an eye for detail and enjoy working closely with production teams, this role offers steady, hands‑on work in a fast‑paced setting.

Position Overview

The QC Line Technician is responsible for inspecting, sampling, and testing products on the production line to verify compliance with company specifications and food safety requirements. You'll work directly on the floor supporting both Quality Assurance and Production teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine in-process checks including weight verification, metal detection, packaging integrity, labeling accuracy, and temperature monitoring.
  • Collect product and environmental samples according to QC procedures.
  • Record test results accurately and report any deviations or non-conformances right away.
  • Provide real‑time feedback to production staff and assist with root cause investigations.
  • Calibrate and verify testing equipment to ensure proper functionality.
  • Maintain complete documentation of inspections, results, and corrective actions.
  • Keep QC workstations, tools, and sampling areas clean and organized.
  • Follow all GMPs, HACCP requirements, and food safety protocols.
  • Participate in audits, training, and ongoing improvement initiatives.
  • Report safety concerns to the appropriate team.
Qualifications
