The Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for daily QA program activities. This role requires strong knowledge of HACCP, food safety, and quality systems. The specialist identifies food safety risks, supports root cause analysis, and drives corrective actions in collaboration with production teams. Independence, sound decision-making, and effective representation of the QA department are key.
