QUALITY ASSURANCE What We DoThe Quality Assurance team owns the testing process, risk management, and quality evaluation of all products and functions across Epic. Our team works closely with developers and production to ensure the best possible user experience for our community and customers.
What You'll DoEpic is seeking a QA Lead to join one of our art content pipeline teams. You will be leading a group of QA professionals and collaborating with Artists, Tech Art, Designers, Programmers, and Producers to manage quality and testing efforts for several content pipelines. In addition to overseeing testing efforts and quality processes, you will manage and mentor QA team members and provide coaching and feedback to help the team succeed.
