Key Responsibilities:

  • Issue purchase orders and manage documentation for construction projects.
  • Utilize residential construction software to process change orders.
  • Coordinate pricing and communication with clients regarding design selections.
  • Manage updates to plans and homeowner product selections.
  • Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely and accurate pricing.
  • Resolve client issues promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain strong communication throughout the build process.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and residential construction software.
  • Exceptional communication skills, professionalism, and a positive demeanor.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in multitasking and navigating multiple programs while communicating with customers.
  • High degree of computer literacy in a Windows environment (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively as a key member of our team.
