We currently work with traditional tools (Excel, manual processes), but we are open to integrating innovative solutions, including AI, to optimize our practices.

Under the responsibility of the purchasing team, the Purchasing Assistant plays a key role in providing administrative and operational support for procurement processes. This position ensures smooth operations by managing product data, tracking orders, and coordinating with suppliers, franchisees, and internal departments. We integrate modern tools, including ERP systems (Dynamics 365) and AI solutions, to optimize our processes and improve efficiency.

Main Responsibilities
  • Product Data Management
    • Adding and modifying product information in the system (styles, colors, sizes, prices).
    • Updating catalogs, integration files, and inventory directories.
    • Verifying information for online products (name, description, price, photos).
  • Support for Buyers and Suppliers
    • Preparing and tracking purchase orders (creation, modification, EDI sending).
    • Tracking deliveries (DC, stores, Drop Ship) and communicating in case of delays or cancellations.
    • Creating and sending supplier sales reports.
  • Promotion and Close-out Coordination
    • Updating advertising cubes and product lists.
    • Managing flyers and sample requests.
    • Creating close-out orders and tracking approvals.
  • Inter‑departmental and Franchisee Collaboration
    • Responding to various requests from internal departments and franchisees.
    • Ensuring the publication of information on internal platforms (Clic).
  • Support for Purchasing Committees
    • Preparing supplier files and presentations (PowerPoint).
    • Updating trend files and visuals for committees.
    • Taking notes and making real‑time adjustments during meetings.
What you bring
  • Degree or training in fashion merchandising, business management, procurement or related field.
  • Excellent organization and priority management skills.
  • Proficiency with office tools (Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP systems (e.g., Dynamics 365).
  • Interest or experience with automation tools and AI to improve process efficiency.
  • Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
  • Attention to detail and thoroughness in data verification.
  • Experience in purchasing support or administrative coordination (asset).
  • Knowledge of the retail sector or sporting goods (asset).
