These clinical interventions address issues requiring longer‑term, more specialized or more intensive levels of care in order to prevent or manage workplace performance problems, absence and disability.

What you’ll do

Reporting to the WSP team manager, you will be providing in‑person and remote counselling services for TELUS Health Workplace Support Programs (WSP). Additionally, you will be providing mental health and substance use assessments, diagnosis, treatment recommendations and intervention.

How you will make an impact
  • You will provide counselling to adult clients that are eligible to TELUS Health Workplace Support Programs;
  • You will manage the administrative requirements as dictated by TELUS Health’s clinical models.
What you bring
  • You have a Ph.D. or master's degree in Psychology;
  • You have a minimum of five years post‑graduate counselling experience;
  • You are a member in good standing with the Quebec Order of Psychologists;
  • You have prominentsubstance use andmental health assessment and diagnostic skills;
  • You have the ability to adapt to clinical supervision;
  • You have the ability to assess all types of psycho‑social disorders and develop treatment plans;
  • You have the ability to use or have knowledge of clinical assessment tools;
  • You are Able to write clinical reports in a clear and concise manner;
  • You have experience and expertise with mandated clients;
  • You have basic knowledge of community resources and case management skills;
  • You are proficient with Microsoft Office tools;
  • You have the ability to work in person / remotely and also collaborate in a team
