Overview

Position Summary: Shape the future of mental healthcare in Cranbrook at East Kootenay Regional Hospital (EKRH). You will provide services across inpatient and outpatient settings and contribute to community-driven initiatives, tailoring a holistic approach to wellness across all ages.

In our 12-bed inpatient unit and outpatient clinic, and through consultations in medical, surgical units and the emergency department, you will ensure comprehensive, tailored care. Beyond the hospital, you will help shape and deliver transformative psychiatric services in the rural East Kootenays, collaborating with clinical teams and Indigenous partners.

This role offers opportunities to manage a wide range of conditions, including mental health challenges, substance use disorders, and the development of comprehensive care strategies. You will play an important part in driving meaningful improvements and enhancing the well-being of individuals across the region.

Qualifications
