Qualifications:

• PSW certification or diploma is required

Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care to clients with compassion, integrity, and quality
• Support clients in Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including meal prep, light housekeeping, laundry, etc.
• Assist clients with safe ambulation and transfers
• Perform delegated tasks as required
• Promote client independence
• Offer psychological and emotional support
• Communicate clearly and timely with clients, families, and stakeholders
• Maintain a safe environment for clients and workers

Work Conditions:

• Travel within community or facility required
• Long hours, including evenings and weekends, may be necessary

Physical Requirements:

• Standing for extended periods
• Lifting, pushing, turning involved
• Repetitive movements may be required
