Compensation Range (includes salary & shift premium): $65,000 - $70,000
As a Property Manager Trainee at Homestead, you will be developing the skills to manage the residential operation of a portfolio of buildings in your branch. You will supervise staff while ensuring day-to-day operations are on schedule and within the hardware budgets. An essential requirement is to be proficient in cost management while maintaining a high level of resident satisfaction.
