Why MICM

Seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our warm, welcoming and established PM team of around 65 people to take over an organised and well kept existing portfolio. This role will appeal to a property manager who enjoys a portfolio all within close proximity (walking distance/short drive from the office) and working in a supportive, organised and positive working environment. All PMs receive support in the following facets: leasing assistants, finance admin, compliance and general admin. We want you to be supported with the above so you can be a true and trusted partner for the owners and tenants.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with tenants, landlords, and contractors to resolve issues professionally and promptly
  • Keep meticulous contact notes and documentation in our internal systems (RPS)
  • Represent clients at VCAT as required
  • Oversee leasing, maintenance, arrears, and routine inspections with complete accuracy
  • Identify opportunities for portfolio growth and deliver excellent service outcomes
You’ll Bring
  • Experience managing a residential property portfolio in a fast-paced environment is essential

  • Ability to interpret real estate legislation and confidently advise clients
  • Exceptional communication and people skills — especially under pressure
  • Agent’s Representative Certificate (essential)
  • No vehicle required, access to a pool of MICM cars
  • Willingness to work across multiple MICM locations and Saturdays as rostered
