Job description

Infinite Properties Inc. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Property Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our residential rental properties in Brandon. While prior property management experience is an asset, it is not required?we provide comprehensive training for the right candidate.

About the Role

The Property Manager plays a key role in ensuring our properties operate efficiently, tenants receive excellent service, and company policies and legislative requirements are consistently followed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Learn and utilize property management software to process rent payments, work orders, and tenant requests with accurate daily record-keeping
  • Respond promptly to building and tenant emergencies
  • Enforce property policies, procedures, and conditions outlined in Residential Tenant Agreements
  • Inspect vacant units, identify repairs, and coordinate work orders with maintenance staff, handymen, and tradespeople
  • Review, prepare, and renew Residential Tenant Agreements
  • Collect security deposits, monthly rent, late fees, and other administrative charges
  • Investigate and resolve tenant complaints professionally and fairly
  • Enforce occupancy policies and building rules
  • Oversee maintenance work orders and ensure timely, professional completion
  • Schedule work orders between tenants and maintenance staff or tradespeople
  • Conduct periodic property inspections and manage preventive maintenance programs
  • Advertise vacant units and arrange viewings
  • Standardize, review, and update the Operations Manual
  • Ensure compliance with the Residential Tenancies Branch & the Real Estate Brokers Act
  • Oversee customer service contractors (cleaning, snow removal, lawn care, etc.)
Job Requirements

  • Valid Class 5 driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Availability to be on-call for emergencies
  • Willingness to work a semi-flexible schedule
  • Property management experience is an asset but not required
