Qualifications

  • Previous Property Administration or related office experience required.
  • Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Administer tenant accounts receivable and process monthly rent.
  • Prepare and issue tenant billings and rental advice notices.
  • Maintain an up-to-date tenant contact list for all properties.
