Job description

Gestion Zagorais a young, dynamic company specializing in property management. Operating for over 5 years, the company currently owns and manages several rental properties primarily in Montreal, Montreal’s South Shore, Gatineau, and Quebec City. As the company continues to grow, it is looking to expand its team to reach new heights.

We are currently seeking a full-time Property Administrator to join the property management team in Edmonton, Alberta. You will act as a key collaborator within the team.

Experience and/or interest in real estate is an asset. Relevant education or training in real estate is also an asset. The candidate must be able to communicate fluently in both French and English, verbally and in writing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • General administration and improvement of property management processes
  • Managing the email inbox and tickets on the Building Stack application
  • Lease assignments
  • Handling monthly administrative tasks, renewals, move-ins and move-outs, etc.
  • Coordinating and organizing appointments with subcontractors and service calls with tenants
  • Working closely as part of a team with property managers
  • Contributing overall to the growth and development of the company
