About The Opportunity

As a Project Manager in our R&D Team, you’ll lead both people and projects to deliver results that move our business forward. You’ll plan and run projects from start to finish, keep the team aligned and accountable, and make sure deadlines are met without excuses. Success in this role means creating clarity, motivating your team, and taking ownership of outcomes.

In This Role, You Will

• Lead and support people—set expectations, guide their work, and follow through on commitments.
• Build project plans with clear goals, timelines, and accountability.
• Keep projects on track by monitoring progress, addressing risks, and removing roadblocks.
• Communicate priorities and next steps clearly across the team.
• Capture results and lessons learned to strengthen future projects.
• Model ownership—celebrating wins and stepping up when challenges arise.

About You

You’re a leader who builds clarity, alignment, and accountability within your team. You know how to motivate people, solve problems, and see projects through to successful results. Most importantly, you bring proven project management expertise — with direct experience running structured processes, including scrum management. Even if your background isn’t in tech, your skills are highly transferable, and your interest in the field will help you adapt quickly.

Here’s What You’ll Bring

• Education: A degree or diploma in business, engineering, project management, or a related field (check Canadian equivalency here).
• Experience: 2–5 years of hands-on project management experience, including scrum/agile methods, ideally in a technical, manufacturing, or engineering environment.

• Skills:
• Strong project planning and organizational abilities.
• Confidence in leading people and holding them accountable.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across disciplines.

Ability to spot issues early, solve problems, and keep work moving.
